PatchWC! v3.00 - Patch utility for Wildcat! v4
Single use utility that will adjust the epoch date of the various Wildcat!
v4 executable files.  The most common need for this utility is when your
callers try to return to the BBS (from exiting a door), the BBS will then
log them out for insufficient time remaining and then recycles to the
waiting for calls screen.
