Give veeam backup "Agent for Windows" a try. (Free for home use).

Is it fast? I'll look at it.

This is a +1 for Veeam. I used it at work in our data center and use it at home on my small network (1 blade server with about a dozen VMs, and 4 PCs). Granted, these are all running on a 1gb connection, but it's lickety split for the diffs. The first full backup takes a while, not gonna lie.

Way back before my work moved everything to the cloud, this is what our IT team used. The few times we had to restore a backup it just worked & was pretty quick for the amount of data involved.
