That's quite a list! Why did you get the Warhammer games if you don't want to play games with reflexes? Tons of D&D! I'd start with the 1st Baldur's Gate.

Ok Baldur's Gate I it is! I got Space Marines (which is more of a button masher in easy difficulties) free and Vermintide to play with a friend.

I can only comment on a few, I think...

    Castle Crashers,

I played this one for a while, and mostly liked it because of being able to do cooperative playthroughs.

But I don't think I ever finished it, and I'm not sure how much it grabs my attention.

So I think I'd suggest it as something you play with other people, but otherwise don't particularly bother with.

    Dark Sun: Shattered Lands,

I think I played this as a child. And I think I enjoyed it, then, but remember very little, at this point.

    Effulgence Playtest,

I should probably try this one out myself. I purchased the full version when it came out, mostly because it feels like a BBS game at heart.

    Hogwarts Legacy,

I've heard this one is pretty mid. But that's probably a problem with any Harry Potter stuff, at this point.

SEGA Mega Drive & Genesis Classics,

I get the feeling that these would be quite the commitment, to play all of them. But probably depends on what things you remember fondly, if you played them before.

    Undertale,

I've heard such delightful things about it, but at the same time, I don't even know what it is.

Anyway, for my own part, after seeing the trailer for the new Street Fighter movie, I'm wondering if I should be looking for a Street Fighter game to try and play with my controller.

(I phrase it that way because I only bought it recently, and previously have not had a non-keyboard-and-mouse option for Windows games. So things like Street Fighter just seem... silly, even if I've long preferred keyboards for driving games.)

I'd like to play this with others, otherwise it's probably too repetitive.

    D&D is always a win!

Yeah, I've got the demo for that reason. It looks fun.

I shouldn't have included this one, I've got 28 hours in it...

I know, it sounds super fun!

Dang it! No controller support. The keyboard commands are too complex for
    me.

I got octopath Traveller. Hopefully I'll play it and it won't just end up in my Library! I enjoyed Chained Echoes, but got bored quickly. This was on
sale as well from $59.99 to $17.99, so I thought I'd go for it since it's
    been highly recommended.

I have both Octopath Traveler 1 and 2 and I need to finish them. They are both in my KEEP pile.
