Boom, got it working!
webdownload.exe <root web server directory> <username>

Expects DSZ.CTL to be in the starting directory, along with the door32.sys
drop file and will read any files (as long as they don't have spaces in them,
I might work around that next) in the dsz.ctl file and copy them into the web server directory. I'm not checking for space limits, I expect the sysop to control those. It maintains by deleting any directories over a day old.

I'll put it up on my system! Might add a github, but I don't know how to do that right now.

2: write to dszlog properly so that the BBS software knows that the file transfer was complete.

Ok, two things to fix...

2 is fixed! I can't figure out why spaces in the filename hangs the attempted transfer. I tried putting quotes around it, but that failed as well. I'll have to see if the model can figure it out on it's own, I guess. This is almost ready for prime time,but it's available for downlaod from my board.
Let me know if I should allow a configurable .ctl file instead of requiring dsz.ctl (you should be able to set that on your system). Log word should be 10, character for download should be 'W', should be set for batch, etc. I don't know if anything else needs to be set!
