There are many degrees of disability... some simply can not walk the distance in the heat or cold... some have very severe mobilitiy limitations, some have pain issues or arthritus... and some (I hate to admit as this is a very growing class) are just too obese to make it any distance period.

I've mentioned before, about a neighbour. Oddly, a week after I broke up a fight between their next door neighbour and them, I saw the missus gloating about in the front yard. Later that day, up goes the handicap sign in front of their house.

Like you, I'd *like* to give her the benefit of the doubt, but I doubt she anything else but greedy, and vindictive.

and waited and 50% were i bet over 80 years old and a bit challenged
the rest are selfish asses.
