in FidoNews. Article submission requirements are contained in the
file ARTSPEC.DOC, available from the FidoNews Editor, or
file-requestable from 1:261/38 as file "ARTSPEC.DOC". ALL Zone
Coordinators should have copies of ARTSPEC.DOC. Please read it.

Deadline for article submission is Saturday, 22:00 EST.
