I came up with battle dot net. All i could find there was non bbs
games like Startcraft, Warcraft and Diable.

Not really. 9.88 is still the current but you can still online get registration. John Dailey? I got registered again (old codes long gone due
to a crash) and was able to do it with credit card at the site.

It's LORD I havent located well. Wanted to test drive the current stuff to make sure it plays well at my site, but hadnt found it. Lots of IGM's but no shareware copy to download/FTP.

yeah, was a bit hard to find on his website, not much info on it.
i asked him for more info.

Ok you made contact? Also, new news from him on HDC, site being worked on
and he plans to come back up. I offered to help but am not sure I had an accurate email address for Jason.

Not sure if he needs more hardware or what, but a grunch of battlenet sites seem to be trying to find a way to help him out.

that method. I have the pack for them still I am pretty sure. Nodelist etc
as well. (169 is the zone they use).

I may be misunderstanding, but are you stating that you're having trouble finding a copy of LORD? The official LORD website is hosted at lord.lordlegacy.com. They handle registrations and even do updates. All of Seth Able's old games (LORD, LORD2, TEOS) are handled there.

Also, have you found a PIT registration?

No, I just downloaded lord 4.07a a few days ago. Just go to the downloads area, they're still free to try.

Also, PIT is an awesome lord-style game with an actual arena. Highly addictive, and I can't find the people that wrote the software anywhere, as

The pit has a free registration .. or I think its 5 bucks .. hang on let me check ..

look for pit36.zip .. There is no registration needed ..
