Fix three bugs in conio/ (x_events.c, mouse.c)

- Fix Alt+Delete sending Alt+Insert scancode in X11 key table
- Remove memcpy that corrupted _NET_WM_ICON data on 64-bit systems
- Fix dead code in MOUSE_QUADPRESSED timeout handling
