    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Mexican Street Corn Bake
    Categories: Vegetables, Chilies, Cheese, Vegetsables
    Yield: 6 servings

    30 oz Corn; thawed, drained
    1 c Mayonnaise
    1 ts Ground chipotle pepper
    1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper
    6 tb Chopped green onions;
    - divided
    1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
    Lime wedges; optional

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    Mix the first 5 ingredients and 4 tablespoons green
    onions; transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake, covered, 20 minutes. Uncover; bake until bubbly
    and lightly browned, 15-20 minutes longer. Sprinkle with
    remaining green onions. If desired, serve with lime
    wedges.
