This is so odd...

I was going to write something earlier but I held off, I wanted to hear the arguments before I sounded off.

A self defense seemed a little far fetched... There are a few reasons why I felt this way.

1) You can't take a weapon on to school property... Florida, like Texas, if you have a gun in the car you can't even drive in to get your kid... Never mind put one in a book bag and go to a sporting event.

2) And this is important... You can't claim Self Defense if you started the altercation. Karmelo was asked to leave and he chose not to and was the aggressor of the whole interaction, as all the prosecution witnesses said and as well as 1 of the defense witnesses said as well.

3) The threat you're experiencing must a reasonably justified... Like you feared for your life... A reasonable person would agree...

This is important... Lets say you're in your car and someone hops out of their car and starts baning on your window aggressively you cannot shoot them through the window... NOW... if that person breaches you car window and tries to grab you... you can shoot... In Texas you can probably empty you magazine.

If someone is committing a crime... robbery or rape or... you get the idea... The perpetrator moves to the front of the line for getting shot.

Something is up... Karmelo's parents should have asked for a plea deal... He has no defense and usually if it goes top trial and he's found guilty his punishment is stiffer...

Their lawyers should have spoke up for a plea deal... There was NO defense given... After the prosecutors rested the judge asked what did they want to do and they responded with "We Don't Know"...

He's facing up to 99 years. Their plan must be to appeal and get a judge and jury that are willing to overlook the law.

They keep talking about race... They say that there are no blacks on the jury... but the 3 blacks that were questioned disqualified themselves... They said that they didn't think they could be impartial for the case. HELLO McFly!!

I think he'll be found guilty, closing arguments tomorrow... and we'll have riots and cities burning again... Like the Sumer of Love in 2020. This is an election year and the Democrats are running out of ways cast fear and devision in the country.

Some cities deserve to burn. But in this case, between people getting tired of this BS and the fact that Karmelo is guilty as sin, I think that the riots WON'T be met with kid gloves this time.

It's too late to cast fear and division. We stand united against the animals and their unaccountable attitudes. And we have the guns - so we don't fear them.

The only place they can riot is in the cities, which are filled with Lefties anyway. So the rest of us don't care. And some of those Lefties, after their property is destroyed by the animals, will turn away from this BS and join the rest of us.

I was listening to the news as I was about to start this... and we have a guilty verdict.

The sentencing phase is in front of us...

There are some things that can help Karmelo. did well at school and its his first offense...

I am not sure who's idea this was to go to trial... A plea deal might have been better, for everyone involved. Having said that, Karmelo would have had to plead guilty and would not have all these chances for appeals.


I hope that I am wrong about the riots... It is Texas and they are law and order... Nothing stopping the left from moving their act over to California to distract us from Election Fraud.

I didn't know anything about this story until I read about it today.

Here's what it's all about:

The media is into inter-racial stories, and the media is an inter-racial stir-stick.

There's no video evidence available to the public that shows who was at fault, so everyone is taking sides based on media reports. And that's exactly what the media wanted in the first place.

If he's really guilty of what he did, then he should be glad that he can get paroled in 17.5 years.

But it wouldn't have generated a $500,000+ Go Fund Me that the parents used to buy a new house, SUV, etc.

What I get from this is: The parents' tough attitude didn't help, and neither did the kid's tough attitude. The media didn't help by painting the case with colors. The "supporters" didn't help by taking the bait. The kid did a horrible thing, and everyone patted him on the back for it. The people who have nothing better to do that whip out their credit cards gave so much money to the parents that the money went to their heads. Just an all around sh!tty and layered situation.

I thought about a lengthy response and then I realized I have no more F**ks to give on this case.

I said weeks and even months ago on this case that there should have been a plea deal.

If I was the father of a boy who killed an other, and admitted he did it, I would ask a lawyer about the evidence they have. <--- Called Discovery.

Everyone concerned knew about the evidence for some time now, well before the court case.

I know that a plea deal the boy would have to plead guilty... but if you couple that with some remorse thing may have worked out differently. He might have only got a manslaughter charge and looked a few years in jail instead of 35 Years.

If he owned up to what he did, said he never meant to kill him something might have worked out differently... Ohhhh Thats right he never took the stand to let people know what he was thinking at the time. He called a few witnesses and one of them, a friend, called him out and said he shouldn't have did what he did.

The parents were interviewed after the trial and they doubled and tripled down on the race issue. The young lad made a statement that he was found guilty because his lawyer was white.

It looks like no one learned, sorry leared, anything.

They have appealed the case... the appeals court looks at LAW and not case facts and it looks like its over for him on this case...

The PARENTS cost the boy ~20 extra years.

They spent all 650K and may have to go back on food stamps.

They should have used some of the 650K and paid for the funeral.

Prison is not going to be a good thing and he's there for up to 35 years.
