The media is actively manipulating our dictionaries vocabulary. We've discussed this several times in this echo before, but here's something
I've noticed recently:
Back in the 90s when I was in high school a catchy slogan that was popular went like this: "Think outside the box." What ever happened to it? It's gone. Nobody says that anymore.

Buzz words come, and buzz words go.. Driven by pop culture and corporate lexicon...
I have an idea what you are getting at, and if I am correct that sounds utterly ridiculous coming from an ultra right Trump appologist.

Because the Left wants you only to think inside the box and they don't want you to think that the box has an outside.

Exactly. But I think the extreme leftists are inside a box, inside a
box, inside a box. It could take a while for them to see the light. I
hope they find it.

More like they are inside the box and the idea of "outside" terrifies
them to the point where they can't consider an "outside" and will work
as hard as they can to stay inside.

I think this happens to a lot of young people (impressionable) who want
to be part of the media. They think that they have to follow the cues
to get there, but in reality we're just being manipulated.
Oh, yes. The people who subvert know their psychological stuff.
They know what levers to use to manipulate people. Especially the ones with low self-esteem and low life experience. That's why they attacked the education system early on.
It seems like you don't. "Think outside of the box" is what leftists need to do in order to wake up and smell the cashless bail, the unvetted migrants, and the Bidenflation. But the media doesn't want you to follow that advice anymore, so they've discontinued using it in TV shows, movies, radio, etc. They've effectively retrained you to "think INSIDE the box."

Yes, the focus is on young people. There aren't a lot of political gimmicks targeting the elderly, just "The Republican is trying to take away your social security."
gimmicks targeting the elderly, just "The Republican is trying to tak away your social security."
Right. And the last one only works due to the number of brainless
lefties in the nursing homes because the productive elderly have mostly passed away.
As we get older, our BS detectors get more finely developed and we don't fall for this junk anymore. So the Elitists rightly understood that they needed to hit the young crowd.

I see some elderly people falling for stuff, but I also have a bunch of elderly MAGA buddies.
I have to admit that the scams are getting better and better at evading setting off the BS Detector.
For me, it's easier. I'm so far off mainstream. If I get an email
"Your Apple account is being closed! Fix it now! Click here!" I can laugh and delete it.
