• Missing prosecutions

From Ron L.@1:120/616 to All on Sat Sep 6 14:00:57 2025
So we have more than a few congress critters that we have plenty of evidence that they committed mortgage fraud.

We know that DOGE found the guy who stole 400 SSNs and collected the money.

We kicked how many people off Social Security who were long over 100, but someone has been caching those checks.

Where are the prosecutions? Why aren't these people in prison yet?

Not to mention here in Michigan where are SoS has been illegally changing the voter rules (only Congress can do that), not cleaning up the voter roles, ignoring subpoenas and more. Yet she's still not in prison.

If it was you or me, if we ignored a subpoena, the sheriff would be at our door to haul us in.

And don't get me started on the whole Epstein thing.

I want to see these criminals in prison by the end of the year.

I heard that it's perfectly reasonable to give them a $400 million dollar fine when they commit mortgage fraud.

Good point. Banks have cameras. There has to be suspects. Do we have enough cops for all this?

We need to tell our reps that we aren't happy about the fraud discovery but we will cheer up if we start seeing prosecutions. Isn't it a federal offense to rip off Social Security?

My understanding is that mortgage fraud is something worse than just a fine (however large) which would make these people ineligible for office (partly because they'd be in prison).

I don't think we need that. I thought that Social Security went direct deposit. We have account numbers. Those accounts have people attached to them.

Banks don't let just anyone take money out of an account.

    Probably.

I can see a few reasons why no prosecutions here: bigger fish to fry.

But we're still not seeing any of the big fish frying either.

Trump seems like a very Christian kind of guy; he probably doesn't believe in revenge. But I do, and I want it. Hopefully Pam Bondi want it too.

I think there's a law against the bank handing over the account holder's information without a warrant, but where are the warrants? (Last I heard it was illegal to steal!)
