Hello All!

FidoMail Mobile 0.1.0+51 is out. Nothing new works differently -
this one only fixes what things are called.

- "Sync" is gone. Talking to a server is a mail exchange now, in
both languages: "Exchange mail with this server", "Exchange mail
automatically", "Queued - sends on the next mail exchange",
"Mail exchange complete - 3 received".
- The sync log is now "Mail activity". The raw log itself is
unchanged: it stays in English and can still say "sync" - that
is the session log talking, left as is on purpose.
- Nothing moved and no setting changed its meaning; only the labels
are different.

Sync was a poor name for what a mailer does with an uplink: it sends
what is queued and receives what is waiting, which is an exchange of
mail, not two folders being made to match.

"Poll" sounds very fidonet-centric. I'm writing instructions for Apple testers on how to use my app with a test account, but I don't think they know anything about FidoNet or our terminology. Once it's in the Apple Store, I can make proper language changes.

The "Fidomail" app you are writing is intended for use with Fidonet isn't it?

I'm writing instructions for Apple testers on how to use my app with a test account, but I don't think they know anything about FidoNet or
our terminology. Once it's in the Apple Store, I can make proper
language changes.

Not just FidoNet, BTW! It supports any FTN-like network. Full 5D addressing support internally and any amount of external connections to FTN networks.
