Hello All!

FidoMail Mobile 0.1.0+48 is out. This one is about the split reading
view, straight from a field report.

- The divider between the message list and the message text is now
a proper HotdogEd-style divider: a colored line with some air
around it, in each theme's own color - no more hunting for a
hairline.
- The list height in the vertical split is configurable: Settings ->
Look -> "Message list height (split view)" offers Auto (about
four rows, as before), 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 of the screen.
- The divider itself can also be dragged to any height you like;
a double tap on it returns to Auto. The horizontal (landscape)
split was already draggable - now both are, and the divider is
much easier to grab.

Behavior notes:

- An FTN server with no posting configured now hides the composer
instead of offering a send that could not work.
- Sorting by date is now the same in every time zone, and moving
around very large groups got faster: paging now happens in the
database instead of in memory.

Plus another internal cleanup round (no other behavior changes
intended).
