Hello All!

FidoMail Mobile 0.1.0+47 is out. The +46 build never made it to the
download site, so this release bundles everything since +45.

The dedup fix (was +46):

- Dupe keys are now tracked per echo area, so deleting an echo
really forgets its history: delete -> re-add -> rescan brings
the whole backlog back, your own posts included, Dupes empty.
Old databases upgrade automatically; an already-stuck echo may
need the delete + rescan cycle twice.

New since then:

- The red (+N) badge now counts mail that arrived since you last
ENTERED the group, and entering clears it - HotdogEd semantics
(it used to track the last sync instead).
- "Unread groups only": a group-list menu toggle that hides every
group you have already read up.
- Hide groups: long-press any group row for one unified action
sheet, now with Hide; a "Show invisible" menu toggle brings
hidden groups back (dimmed). Hidden groups leave the list and
the server counters, but keep syncing.
- FTN echo areas: "Unsubscribe and delete" in one tap - the
areafix -TAG is queued first, then the area is deleted, so the
uplink cannot keep feeding a ghost.
- NNTP: "Browse server list" now shows per-group message counts
(~N marks a server-side estimate).
- The first sync of a freshly subscribed group is sized by its
retention setting (NNTP and IMAP): "keep 500" backfills up to
500 messages right away instead of the last 100.

Fixes:

- The Personal view and Personal search now agree on what counts
as "mail to you" - gatewayed mail carrying your FTN address was
missed by search before.
- An SMTP send failure during an IMAP sync no longer aborts the
whole session - receiving continues, the error is logged.
- Two overlapping delete/purge actions on one server could slip
past the sync guard; they now refuse cleanly.

Plus a large internal cleanup pass (no behavior changes intended).
