Hello All!

One change in FidoMail Mobile 0.1.0+44, but a big one for anyone
syncing over mobile data:

- Interrupted binkp transfers now resume. When the connection drops
mid-file - a train tunnel, a switched network, the app sent to the
background - the next sync continues from the byte where it
stopped instead of starting the file over, in both directions.
This is the standard resume protocol (FTS-1026 M_GET + FTS-1028
NR mode), so it works with binkd, fidomail and every other mailer
that implements it, automatically. Big rescan bundles over shaky
links should finally arrive on the second try, not the tenth.
