Hello All!

One fix in FidoMail Mobile 0.1.0+41, straight from your reports:

- Deleting an echo area now also forgets its duplicate history and
its sync position. Before, an area you deleted and later re-added
either stayed empty or dumped every rescanned message into the
Dupes folder. Now: delete, re-add, rescan - the mail lands back
in the group.
- The Dupes and BadMail folders can be emptied on the spot:
long-press the folder -> "Empty group". Starred messages are kept.
