Hello All!

FidoMail Mobile 0.1.0+39 finishes message scoring. Score rules on
filters could already tint list rows; now they act - the classic
killfile:

- Navigation (volume keys and swipes) passes over messages with a
negative score; they stay unread.
- A score of -100 or lower hides the message from the list entirely.
- On leaving a group the app can mark those skipped unread messages
read: ask first (the default), do it silently, or leave them -
see "Unread negative-scored on leaving a group" in Settings.
- One master switch turns all of it (and the score tags) off.

Score rules live on filters: Filters -> pick or create one -> set a
score adjustment, e.g. -5 for a subject or sender you are tired of,
-100 to never see them again.
