Hello All!

FidoMail Mobile 0.1.0+38 reworks volume-key reading. The trigger
was a field question: should a volume press scroll a long message,
or jump straight to the next one?

- Now both, like the classic readers did it: a short press scrolls
a long message screen by screen, and from its last screen moves
on to the next message. Prefer the old jump-immediately reading?
Turn "Scroll long messages screen by screen" off in Settings.
- Every press is now configurable in Settings: previous/next
message, previous/next unread, threads, next unread thread,
first/last message or unread.
- Android also gets long-press actions (defaults: jump to the
first/last message), and holding a volume key no longer
rapid-fires through your unread mail.
- iPhone keeps a single press type on purpose (iOS cannot reliably
tell a held volume button from two quick presses) and gains the
same screen-by-screen paging and configurable actions; two
volume-key reliability bugs were fixed along the way.
