Hello All!

FidoMail Mobile 0.1.0+36 adds sound notifications for new mail in
the groups you choose. Settings -> Notifications has the master
switch and a per-server group list: tick the echoes that should
alert, or use All / None. Each group's own settings page has the
same switch. Netmail alerts out of the box.

The notification now counts only mail that actually landed in your
message base (duplicates and badmail never fire it), lists the
groups in the banner, and also works while the app is open:
scheduled syncs post it too, manual syncs stay silent. On Android
the sound is the system default for the "New mail" channel -
long-press the notification to change it.

Note a behavior change: echomail no longer notifies until you tick
the echo (netmail still does). Existing installs keep notifying
about netmail only, until you choose your echoes.
