Hello All!

FidoMail Mobile 0.1.0+26 is out - five improvements, most of them
straight from user reports:

* Message header: tapping the header switches between the compact
form (long names shortened with an ellipsis) and the full form
(long values wrap onto the next line) - and the choice now applies
to all messages at once and is remembered, instead of resetting on
every message.

* Reply to recipient: a new reply flavor addressed to the original
message's To: instead of its author - the way to continue a thread
from your own echomail post or sent netmail. Available in the
reader's menu and in a new long-press menu on message-list rows
(Reply, Reply to recipient, Forward, Mark unread, Delete, View
raw).

* Echo list: long-press on an echo now offers Delete, so a group can
finally be removed after an AreaFix unsubscribe. On NNTP/IMAP
servers deleting the group is how you stop fetching the area.

* The raw message view now shows the SEEN-BY lines, reconstructed
the way tossers emit them.

* The divider between the message header and the body is painted
from the reader color scheme - it was invisible on the blue theme.
