Hello All!

FidoMail Mobile 0.1.0+23 is out - a fix round for this week's field
reports, all four of them:

* The group list has a fixed order now. Sent, Personal and the other
special groups used to appear wherever they happened to be created
- often scattered among the echoes. Now the special groups are
pinned on top (Netmail, Sent, Starred, Personal, filter groups),
echo areas follow alphabetically, and the BadMail/Dupes quarantine
areas sit at the bottom.

* The red (+N) new-mail counter now goes away as you read. It used
to stick until the next sync no matter what you did - reading the
whole echo or "mark all read" changed nothing. It now counts only
the still-unread part of what the last sync brought, so it drains
message by message and clears instantly with "mark all read".

* Volume-down navigation no longer plays dead in a fully read echo.
Volume-down jumps to the next unread message; once none are left
it now steps to the next message instead of doing nothing
(volume-up was always plain "previous" - hence "up works, down
does not").

* The build number is now visible: About shows "Version 0.1.0
(build 23)", and the copyable diagnostics report carries it too.
