    It is my understanding that it is about Dmitry Protasoff's android/IOS fidonet mailer/editor.

    But he himself does not seem to linked in yet...

    You can test the Android version of FidoMail Mobile if you like: https://fidomail.5001.ru/fidomail-mobile/

    iOS and Google Play versions are still in review by Apple/Google.

    My server-side software (just FidoMail, not Mobile) is also available but it's pretty complex and needs documentation/still in very active development.

    As for the older meaning of FIDOMAIL echo.. As they were saying back in Russia: "Whoever mentions the old shall lose an eye and whoever forgets shall lose both"(c) ;)
