    Hello Mike!

Due to a bug in elist this record is marked as updated - IT is NOT
and WILL be moved over to BACKBONE as no updates have been received.

IF you wish it to be DELETED instead let me know BEFORE the end of
June or you can do so by submitting a .MOD-DEL file (as used for
    mod-upd or mod-add.

    Vincent,

What is the difference between being moved to BACKBONE or DELETED?
I know one means it is deleted and one does not, but what happens
to it once it is on BACKBONE?

Normally expired moderated echos are moved over to owner elistmaint so
they can be listed in BACKBONE.NA. This file is used for many BBS
systems to auto add new file areas (well it works using mbse and many
    other tic processing tools).

Deleted echos - because of zero postings over say 6 - 12 months
(excluding postings of rules or "any one here" etc) are deleted fully
    from the system.

"file areas" should have been "echo areas".

    Sorry about my typing :(
