ANETMRC is a full MRC (Multi-Relay Chat) 1.3.6 client for any DOS-native BBS that produces a DOOR.SYS dropfile and runs a FOSSIL driver. It lets users on your BBS join the live MRC chat network and talk in real-time with users on other connected BBSes worldwide.

Can you think of any reason this wouldn't work on a DOS BBS running under OS/2?
I'll take a look at it this weekend.

I downloaded a copy; it appears that the issue will be that the bridge is Win32. OS/2 only natively supports Win16 apps. In theory it should be possible to create an OS/2 version of the bridge program. I'll have to look at the source code and see what I can do.
