Sorry for the long URL. In a short bit of gameplay, these levels rock.

Now, that was clickbaity. I thought it would be a demake of Doom III on the ID1 engine, but it turns out it isn't the case

"This has nothing in common with id Software’s Doom 3 game"

The game is called DOOM 3. Not clickbaity, but possibly confusing if you
    don't read through the description.

And, it's a lot of fun. New weapons, new playable characters, new
    monsters and new levels.

Yea, with there being an actual Doom 3 they should have been more specific, but personally I didn't mind. Loads of new content for the D2 engine is perfectly fine by me!

That means for once when we have LAN parties, we'll all have no idea of what the level layouts are so there won't be so many people running loops getting all the good stuff hehe

BTW, 20forBeers BBS has a DOOM WAN party the first saturday of each
month. He's been running some wacky non-doom-looking levels recently,
I'm hoping he runs some of the stock DMs.

Not necessarily. I would play the level(s) multiple times before joining a party.

I wish there was a way to flag yourself as "just sightseeing", so you
could admire the levelwork without getting fragged.
