I replied you to netmail, but here it goes again:
You are starting here allfix in a separate session, but binkd is not waiting for it to finish. Consider adding /wait.
You need to use ! in front of the command, like
exec !"@c:\\ele\\allfix\\allfix.exe rp -srif *S" *.req
You need to use ! in front of the command, like
exec !"@c:\\ele\\allfix\\allfix.exe rp -srif *S" *.req
I've never needed a ! before for any other commands that run.
Hi Martin.

Right. Whatever.

Do we have any input from Windows users? I think that's an OS/2
thing, but I could be wrong.

My commands for dealing with .tic and weekly packets run
normally and they don't have a ! in front of them. I'll try it if you really think it's necessary.

You are wrong. How about reading the manual?

How hard it can be to understand that you need to run the freq processor DURING the mail session. Not after it.
You can process tics and pkts next week if you want, but the response to
the freq must be sent before disconnecting the session.

I'm pretty sure I'm using the proper syntax for windows. I've never
needed a ! before for any other commands that run. I've added a /wait between /min and the command.
