    The message is stored in the folder of the person you sent it to.
    And it has the star sign in the first column which indicates that it has
    been successfully sent as a crash mail:

    * 10 21.04.24 Gunter @ 2:240/218 abcxyz

    Ciao

    Yes.. OK, thanks. I missed one of the variations of his name:

    û Vince Coen@2:250/1
    û Vincent Coen@2:25/21
    û Vincent Coen@2:250/1

    ...but there is no star sign if front of the name, even
    though the pkt was "sent".

    So.. why is the * missing in front of Vincen's name?

    The star sign is in front of *the message* in the messages list in the receivers's folder in the user area.

    If the crash mail is not yet sent there will be a double-exclamation-mark sign in front of the message, like this:

    * 10 21.04.24 Gunter @ 2:240/218 abcxyz
    ? 10 21.04.24 Gunter @ 2:240/218 xyzabc

    Ciao

    THERE it is. Thanks. Yes.. and that is the copy of the message
    sent. The different variations of the Vince's name made me miss
    the trees for the forest, so to speak! :(

    Thanks. I appreciate the heads up on what to look for.
