    Add some Wildcat! inspired @-codes

    - LASTCALL[:t] (date/time of last logout of this sbbs instance)
    - ADDR2 (alias for FROM)
    - PROTOCOL (alias for PROTNAME)

    Fixes for the lastuseron:
    - Don't store the name of a user of node in QUIET mode
    - Don't store the name of QWKnet account
    - Don't store the name of a sysop if excluded from sys-stats (and logon lists) --- SBBSecho 3.34-Linux
