• Taylor Pruitt Software door game ec101.zip

From Rixter@1:3634/60 to All on Tue Mar 18 08:39:40 2025
I am trying to locate a key for ec101.zip the game is called ecstasy it was distributed by Taylor Pruitt Software. Thomas Pruitt is listed in the documentation at 1:296/4 At the time he was in Poplar Bluff, Mo. The game will not run due to expired demo key. I would be willing to register it if it gets play on my bbs. I would be ok with a working key as long as I knew the sysop name and BBS name it is registered with. I do not care if it shows my bbs name. Thanks,

I did not find him on a quick search. Some people opt out of the search engines and it makes it hard to find them. I did see a Thomas Pruitt, age 81, that had been listed as deceased. But that could have been a father.

I'll look again when I get a little be more time.

Well It have been sitting on my BBS for 30 years and I just tried to add it to my door collection and its key has expired. I can send you a link to my BBS's archive if that helps. Thanks for the comment anyways. Have a great day. My archive is a copy of THE BBS archive. The file is called EC101.ZIP in both the archives.

Thank you Sir! I have been doing some research too. Sometimes people can be found, sometimes they are deceased, and sometimes they do not want to be found. I was curious to try the game and this is the first one I have come across in THE BBS ARCHIVE that has an expired demo key. I have had the entire archive on my BBS for many many years and slowly have been adding door games over the years to the BBS and more so lately as a hobby. Thank you for writing back to me and I hope you have a great day. Do you run a BBS? I love to visit BBSs. Rixter

I think in those instances you would be forgiven for just cracking the program. Most DOS programs are pretty trivial to crack and if you don't yet have that experience, it's good thing to do at least once in your life. :-)

If it's so easy, I look forward to your demo video :)
