    Just curious.. does his echo have any eyes?

    I check in every now & again -- not as conveniently as if I could get my point working or even QWKmail. . .

    I miss DOS! I have everything set up beautifully on my IBM 80486 with my fave reader I found after testing many. . . but nobody's running dial-up any more anyway, & I can't get it set up (physical limitations)

    Hey there,
    Yes a 486 can do telnet on internet. I'm replying to this message from MSDOS 6.22. Basically, with Microsoft Network Client 3.0 & some more stuff like the mTCP package. The most hard part was to find a packet driver and have it setup correctly.

    Crap has not subsided. Apparently interest rates are poised to go up. That... while businesses are struggling to crawl out of debt loads acquired during the 2020-2022 lockdowns.

    I think most of these fires are probably most likely due to the
    extremely dry Spring this year and lightning strikes.
